His work focuses on creating a national ecosystem where young gamers can train, compete, develop life skills, and connect through structured, coach-led esports experiences. With the integration of XP League and Valhallan, Morris is helping unify physical arenas, national league play, tournament operations, digital infrastructure, player development, parent engagement, and championship events into one scalable youth esports platform.
