Effective Date: August 31, 2026 SEICon LLC (“SEICon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit https://sei-con.org/ (the “Website”), register for or participate in SEICon events, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Website, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Notice. 1. Information We Collect Depending on how you interact with SEICon, we may collect the following categories of information: Information You Provide Directly When you contact us, register for an event, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with SEICon, we may collect information such as: Name; Email address; Phone number; Job title; Company or organization; Professional information; Registration and event participation information; Billing and payment-related information necessary to process a registration; and Other information you voluntarily provide. Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment and registration providers. SEICon does not need to collect or retain complete payment card information when that information is processed directly by a third-party provider. Information Collected Automatically When you visit the Website, certain information may be collected automatically through cookies, analytics technologies, and similar tools. This may include: IP address; Browser and device information; Operating system; Pages visited; Referring websites; Approximate geographic information; Date and time of visits; Website interactions and usage patterns; and Other technical information used to operate, secure, and improve the Website. SEICon uses Google Analytics to help understand how visitors use the Website and improve its content and functionality. 2. How We Use Information SEICon may use personal information to: Provide, operate, and improve the Website; Process event registrations and related transactions; Communicate with registered attendees and other individuals who interact with SEICon; Send event announcements, updates, newsletters, and other communications; Provide information about SEICon events, programs, and opportunities; Coordinate event logistics and participation; Understand Website usage and improve the user experience; Maintain the security and integrity of our Website and systems; Respond to inquiries and requests; Administer relationships with event partners, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, and other organizations; Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations; and Protect SEICon's rights, property, and users. 3. Event Registration and Swoogo When event registration is available through the Website, SEICon may use Swoogo as its event registration and event-management platform. Information submitted through a Swoogo registration page may be collected and processed by SEICon and Swoogo in accordance with their respective privacy practices. Swoogo may process information on SEICon's behalf to facilitate registration, communications, event management, and related services. Communications and Email Marketing SEICon may use information you provide to send registration confirmations, event updates, logistical information, newsletters, announcements, and other communications related to SEICon. SEICon uses Swoogo for certain email communications and event-related messaging. You may unsubscribe from promotional or marketing communications by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in those communications. You may continue to receive transactional or event-related communications when necessary to administer a registration or provide a service you have requested. 5. Information Shared With Sponsors, Exhibitors, and Partners SEICon does not sell attendee contact information to sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, or partners. Depending on the event and the attendee's registration preferences, SEICon may make limited attendee information available to event sponsors, exhibitors, or other participating organizations. Information generally may include: Job title; and Company or organization. Attendee email addresses and other direct contact information are not shared with sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, or partners unless the attendee affirmatively opts in or otherwise authorizes the sharing. SEICon may also share information with collaborative partners when reasonably necessary to operate or administer a co-hosted or jointly presented event. For example, if a collaborative partner is responsible for operating the registration platform for a co-hosted event, registration information may need to be provided to that partner for legitimate event administration purposes. 6. Service Providers SEICon may use third-party service providers to support its operations, including providers involved in: Event registration and management; Email communications; Website hosting and technology; Analytics; Payment processing; Data storage; Security; and Other business and administrative functions. These providers may have access to personal information only as reasonably necessary to provide services to SEICon or as otherwise permitted by law. 7. SEICon does not sell personal information for monetary consideration as that term is defined under applicable Nevada law. 13. California Residents California privacy rights may apply to California residents depending on SEICon's activities and whether SEICon is subject to the applicable requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act and related regulations. SEICon does not sell attendee contact information to sponsors, exhibitors, or other third parties. Children's Privacy The Website and SEICon's services are not directed toward children under the age of 13. SEICon does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Website.
