Bio

Brittany Wallace serves as the Industry Relations and Career Services Manager for the David B. Falk College of Sport at Syracuse University. In this role, she builds and sustains strategic partnerships with organizations across the sport industry to create meaningful internship, experiential learning, and career development opportunities for students. She also oversees industry-focused immersion trips, helping students connect classroom knowledge with real-world professional experiences. Since joining Falk College in 2023 as a career counselor, Brittany has played a key role in expanding employer engagement, strengthening industry relationships, and developing innovative opportunities that prepare students for successful careers in sport. Her work focuses on connecting students with industry leaders while creating experiences that enhance professional growth, networking, and career readiness. In recognition of her strategic insight and relationship-building skills, Brittany was appointed Director of Strategic Partnerships for the Upstate New York Chapter of the NFL Alumni Association. In this role, she supports the chapter’s charitable mission by securing sponsorships, coordinating events, and serving as a liaison to NFL teams. Brittany’s journey at Syracuse University began in 2013 at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, where she provided career counseling to students pursuing careers in media, communications, and sports-related industries. Before joining Falk College, she gained experience at several institutions, building a strong foundation in higher education, student development, and employer relations. Her career is further distinguished by her earlier service as a sergeant in the West Virginia Army National Guard. She is an alumna of West Virginia University and remains actively involved in her local community through youth sports. Brittany is a proud mother to her daughter, Emery, and son, Evan.
