Amanda Gunville is an entrepreneur, sports industry executive, and growth strategist with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of sports, media, business, hospitality, and education.
She began her career with Fox Sports and ESPN and, over the span of two decades, has collaborated with renowned sports agent Leigh Steinberg on initiatives spanning athlete representation, sports business education, strategic partnerships, and industry development, providing her with a unique perspective on the business of sports and the evolving relationship between athletics, media, culture, and global influence.
Throughout her career, Amanda has worked alongside hundreds of professional athletes, including NFL players, Olympians, and action sports athletes, while advising and leading businesses across sports, consumer brands, hospitality, and private enterprise. As Founder and CEO of Prime Experiences, she produced and managed premium corporate hospitality and event experiences surrounding some of the world's most influential sporting events, including the Super Bowl, Formula 1, MLB All-Star Game, NASCAR, and Formula E.
Amanda has also built and scaled multiple companies across industries. As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of a premium wine brand, she helped grow the company from startup to seven-figure revenue through strategic partnerships, experiential marketing, and operational excellence, including collaborations with PGA events and luxury hospitality venues. She has since advised founders, executives, and organizations on growth strategy, operations, marketing, partnerships, and organizational development.
Today, Amanda is the Founder and CEO of Champera™, a sports fluency, fan engagement, and community-building company dedicated to helping women develop confidence, fluency, and deeper connection through sports. Through her Football Fluency Method™, she is pioneering a new approach to fan education that empowers audiences to move from passive spectators to engaged participants in the game.
Amanda is also the author of Finding Hope & Joy in Cancer, a #1 New Release across multiple Amazon categories, and founder of the Hope & Joy Fund, a national nonprofit dedicated to bringing hope and encouragement to cancer patients and their families. Known for her ability to connect ideas across industries and translate complexity into clarity, Amanda brings a unique perspective on leadership, growth, human connection, and the future of sports.
